Guruvayur temple fest ends today
Guruvayur, Monday 16 March 2009: The annual festival of the Guruvayur Sreekrishna Temple will conclude today with 'Arat' rites. Pallivetta' was performed at the temple on Sunday. A 'Thanka Thidambu' of the deity, Guruvayoorappan, was carried in a procession.The elephant, Guruvayur Valia Kesavan, carried 'Swarna Kolam' during Gramapradakshinam ceremonies.
