AMANDEMEN UUD 1945 MENUJU INDONESIA BARU YANG DEMOKRATIS

ABSTRACT
      UUD'45 is every time can be amandement as mentioned in article 37. Some jurisdiction invalided of UUD'45 concern with mention that Republic of Indonesia is democracy state (people sovereignty) that sovereign on legal is contradiction with President position as a head of state as mentioned in article of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 which his authority can not be violated. Likewise to the article 7 that determined President position for 5 years and after that he/she can be voted again without ditermined how many times a citizen can hold President position. Concern with Supreme Court need to gives  judicial review because the solid position in the Presidentia government system need authority consideration that sufficient solid to Supreme Court. ...
